Return policy

To return an item, you must contact us at 418-626-4999 or by email at info@sportscontact.ca. We will explain the procedure for returning and refunding the item. Refunds can also be made at a Sports Contact location with your proof of purchase.

Return of unused goods

  • Items at 40% off and more are final sale. They are therefore neither exchangeable nor refundable.
  • To obtain a refund on unused merchandise, you must do so within 30 days of the shipping date. You will be reimbursed in the same payment method you used.
  • For a return exceeding 30 days after the shipping date, the product may be exchanged or a credit will be issued.
  • The returned product must have its original labels and must, if applicable, be returned in its original box.
  • Personalized Items or items purchased in "team shop", "school shop" and other "private shop" are prepared on demand and therefore are not eligible for exchange, returns or refund. Please be sure of your choice or sizing before your purchase. 
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, Sports Contact will reimburse the item and its taxes only. If the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and / or if it does not comply with the return or exchange policy, the product will be returned to you.
  • If the return is due to an error by Sports Contact (example: wrong size sent, wrong item, etc.) the delivery costs will also be reimbursed.

Return of defective goods

  • For a return on defective goods you must do so within 60 days of the date of shipment. The product will then be exchanged or a credit will be issued.
  • Return of the product must be approved before making the exchange or issuing the credit. Breakage must be caused by a manufacturing defect and not due to the improper use of the product (example: a hole in a garment due to exposure to a flame or a heating element is not a manufacturing defect ).
  • Discomfort is not considered a manufacturing defect, so we advise you to try on your clothes and shoes before first use.
  • By communicating with customer service by email or phone, the representative can help you know if the breakage is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the return is approved, we will return replacement free of charge or a credit will be issued to your account.
  • If the return is not approved, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
